Ingredients:

Simmondsia chinensis seed fixed oil 970mcL/mL, Anthemis nobilis flower essential oil 30mcL/mL

Directions:

Adult: For the relief of INSOMNIA, NERVOUS TENSION, STRESS and MILD ANXIETY and temporary relief of HEADACHES: add 5 drops to 10mL base oil and massage onto temples, forehead and back of neck. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
