Milled from the finest organic soy beans and free from GM ingredients. Beans are low in fat and loaded with essential amino acids, protein, phytoestrogens, folate, vitamin K, calcium, magnesium, iron and fibre. Soybeans also contain copper, manganese, molybdenum, phosphorus, and potassium; the B vitamin, riboflavin; and omega-3 fatty acids (in the form of alpha-linolenic acid).
Lotus Organic Soy Flour adds a moist quality and soft texture in baked goods and has binding properties to reduce the need for eggs.
