Origin: Temperate regions of the Northern Hemisphere.
Serving Suggestions: Silica tea: Use 1 flat tsp of dried herb (add sweetener of choice if necessary) to 1 cup of water. Simmer for a period of time. Strain and drink 1/2 cup per day.
