Slendier Spaghetti is a fantastic substitute for regular spaghetti. It is made from a vegetable called Konjac, which is a wholefood, high in fibre, low in calories and low in carbohydrates.

Our spaghetti is only 10 calories per 100 grams. In other words it means that you only have to run for less than one minute on the treadmill to burn 10 calories.
So incredibly easy to prepare as it is pre cooked therefore simply drain away fluid, rinse, leave in hot water for one minute, drain water again and mix in with your favourite sauces, soups and salads.
