Slightly sweet, nutritious and fine, Lotus Maize Flour is incredibly versatile. Prized among the ancient Aztecs, Mayans and Incas, maize flour is gluten free and high in vitamins and nutrients.

Lotus Maize flour contains no preservatives or additives. Corn is a low-fat complex carbohydrate and a good source of vitamin C, manganese and antioxidant carotenoids (especially high concentrations of lutein and zeaxanthin). It also contains many B-complex vitamins including vitamins B1, B5 and folic acid.
