Bitter herbs are used in western herbal medicine for maintaining healthy digestive function and aiding digestion. Dosage
Infuse two teabags with one cup of boiling water, steep and cover for 10-15 minutes.
Adults and children over 12: drink one cup 30 minutes before meals.
Children from 6 to 12: drink half to one cup 30 minutes before meals.
Children from 3 to 6: drink quarter to half a cup 30 minutes before meals.
