Melrose Refined Sweet Almond Oil is rich in monounsaturated fat, an Omega 9 fat, as well as Omega 6 essential fatty acid. Along with a nutty taste, the oil has minimal odour and can be a substitute for olive oil for uses in baked dishes or drizzled over salads. For skin, Almond Oil is a wonderful treatment as a moisturiser.

100% Sweet Almond Oil (Prunus Dulcis)
Free From: Lactose, dairy, sugar, salt, wheat, gluten, yeast, artificial flavours, colours or preservative - GM free
Best used as a topical oil however if used in the kitchen, ideally used in desserts and salads. Smoke point - medium. Can be heated to approximately 215°C.
