Directions:

Adults: To help relieve NERVOUS TENSION, STRESS and MILD ANXIETY and to bring relief of INSOMNIA: add 5 drops to 10mL base oil and massage onto forehead, temples and back of neck or add to bath. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
