A wholesome blend of Melinda’s signature flour, coconut, real dried and crushed raspberries and sweetened naturally with glucose and stevia (low sugar).
Customers add in coconut cream, butter and eggs (or substitutes). Lovely with a couple of fresh or frozen raspberries added to the batter before cooking. Makes 12 cupcakes
