Ingredients

Tapioca starch, Modified Tapioca Starch (E1412), Whey Powder (from Milk), parmesan cheese powder 5% (pasteurized milk, salt, starter culture, enzymes), Milk solids, mineral salts (339,331), food acids (270, 330), milk flavour, iodised salt.

Preparation

You will need: 400g savory snack mix, 320 ml water, 60 ml vegetable oil, and 2 eggs

Cooking Instructions:


1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (fan forced) or 205 °C (conventional oven)


2. For best results, prepare mix using an electric mixer with the correct dough attachments


3. Pour savoury snack mix into a mixing bowl. Add water, vegetable oil, and eggs.


4. with an electric mixer, mix on slow speed for 1-2 minutes until well combined.


5. Add your favourite flavour eg. olive, chilli, bacon, or grated cheese


6. Dip fingertips in oil to avoid dough sticking, mould dough into desired shape (using hands).


7. Bake snack in oven for 10-15 minutes or until cooked to your liking
