Weleda Arnica Cream is widely used to relieve bruises, sprains and muscle aches. It promotes the absorption of bruising, reduces inflammation and has an analgesic effect that soothes both muscle and joint pain.

The European mountain flower, Arnica (Arnica montana) has been used for centuries in herbal medicine. Weleda Arnica Cream contains both Arnica flower and root extracts and essential oils.

Contains:

Tincture, % w/w equiv. dry plant: Arnica montana, flower 2.7%; Arnica montana, root 0.3%. Oil extract, % w/w equiv. dry plant: Arnica montana, flower 2%. Abies pectinata (Silver fir) Oil 0.06%; Lemon Oil 0.2%; Orange Oil 0.1%; Rosemary Oil 0.21%; Sage Oil 0.03%, in a base containing natural vegetable oils and beeswax.

Dosage:

(Adults/Children): Gently massage into the affected area, 3-4 times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or use as directed by your practitioner.



Do not apply to broken skin.
