Step 1: Gently exfoliate the skin with Birch Body Scrub.

Step 2: Massage and revitalise with Birch Cellulite Oil.

Follow with Step 3: Gently cleanse and purify with Organic Birch Juice.

Directions

Step 1: Gently exfoliate the skin with Birch Body Scrub. Massage with circular motions to the body with a loofah or hands and rinse thoroughly.

Step 2: Apply a small amount of Birch Cellulite Oil to damp skin. Oil should be massaged into the skin with circular movements, at least twice a day. For ongoing maintenance, continue with the daily application of this body oil.

Step 3: Cleanse and purify with the Organic Birch Juice. Dilute a tablespoonful in water or tea 2-3 times daily. Alternatively dilute the same amount of juice (30ml) in a large bottle of mineral water to consume during the day. 3-6 weeks treatment is recommended to cleanse the system. Shake before use
