Natures Sunshine Golden Seal 525mg 100 CapsulesGolden seal, often called "the King of mucous membranes" is traditionally used to help soothe the mucous membranes that line the respiratory, digestive and urinary tracts and has been written about from the 16th century when pioneers encountered Native Americans chewing it for their mouth ulcers. Golden seal has anti-inflammatory, astringent and immune supporting properties attributed to the naturally occurring alkaloids hydrastine and berberine. It is most useful when taken at the first sign of respiratory symptoms or colds.
Indications for Use
- For the relief of the symptoms of catarrh and mucous congestion.
- Aids in the relief of the symptoms of colds.
- Helps fight mild upper respiratory complaints.
Active Ingredients
Each capsule contains:
Hydrastis canadensis (Golden seal) rhizome powder 525mg
Dosage
Adults: Take two capsules with a meal twice daily.
Children aged 6-12 years: Take one capsule with a meal twice daily.
Caution
Not to be used in children under 2 years of age without medical advice.

Do not use if pregnant or lactating.
