Directions for use:
Adults: Take one tablet daily, or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Warning: Contains zinc, which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100 mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Products containing Selenium are not suitable for use by children under the age of 15 years.

Vitamins can only be of assistance if dietary vitamin intake is inadequate. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. Do not use if cap safety seal is missing or broken.

No added artificial flavouring, colouring or preservatives. Free from corn, wheat, gluten, cereals, milk, eggs, starches, yeast and salt.

Each tablet contains:
Zinc amino acid chelate 100 mg
Equiv. Elemental Zinc 20 mg
Zinc sulfate (as monohydrate) 68.7 mg

Pyridoxine hydrochloride (Vitamin B6) 20 mg
Selenomethionine 62.5 mcg
...equiv elemental Selenium 26 mcg

10%
